I just picked up an '03 Savage 3 weeks ago (beautiful green!). It's got a little over 700 miles on it, and the dang thing pulled the front wheel off the ground the other day...by accident! I didn't even have it at full throttle popping the clutch, although I suspect that having the rear shocks set to their softest setting might have a little to do with it. My '89 Savage would never do that. What a difference gearing makes. Damned glad to be back in the wind after 11 years...
